I’ve been in the kitchen this week. Yesterday I made my own home made Bougatsa (Μπουγάτσα).
Instead of writing a blog about my final night in my student house in Cheltenham, I shall point you in the direction of (soon to be former) housemate Zoe Fell’s blog, which sums it up perfectly.
It’s my final weekend in Cheltenham. On Sunday, I move out of my student house, after finishing my 3 years at university.
Christmas 2011 has now finished – New Year coming up next, and then things will (slowly) start getting back to normal.
Its been an interesting week this week – the February half term, meaning I had a week off college.
I attempted cooking a Greek meal on Tuesday! It was basically, meatballs in tomato sauce: «Κεφτεδάκια με Σάλτσα» is the Greek name.
