What lovely weather we’ve had this weekend! I’ve enjoyed sitting in our new Summer house which is a nice quiet spot to sit and read (and be able to hear the sound of birds and the water flowing in the pond). I might also use it as my ‘writing room’, my book being my background project for the year. Continue reading

The UK’s biggest music radio network (that’s BBC Radio 2) is reforming itself at the moment.
It is official: Test transmissions for Britain’s new national DAB digital stations have started.
All part of my plan to make use of my car to get out and about a bit more during my free time, I travelled up to Birmingham yesterday, in order to visit the BBC studios there.
