What lovely weather we’ve had this weekend! I’ve enjoyed sitting in our new Summer house which is a nice quiet spot to sit and read (and be able to hear the sound of birds and the water flowing in the pond). I might also use it as my ‘writing room’, my book being my background project for the year. Continue reading

Boxing Day has arrived – the Turkey has been eaten, and there is still lots of cheese left over. (I’ll have the smoked Applewood please).
Last week I finished reading my copy of ‘Peter Sissons – When One Door Closes‘, which I started reading after seeing him at the Cheltenham Literature Festival in October.
