Day 3 – More Work Experience and a Bit of Bowling
I woke up this morning to find it was snowing. Apparently that’s normal for Itzehoe at this time of year. It was also very cold – apparently down to -10 last night!

Today was the first day of work experience – and this week I am working at the Kindergarten Tegelhörn.
I write today using a German computer, trying to find my way round the German keyboard layout! I’m getting the hang of it, now that I’ve found the @ key… on the shortcut AltGr+Q.
Next weekend I will be returing to Cirencester‘s twin town, Itzehoe, in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein.
As I write today, we are only 26 days away from Christmas 2009; in a couple of weeks, radio stations accross the UK will start to play the same list of about 20 tracks – day after day after day.… Continue reading

The German speaking exam is over now! I never have to speak German again in my life…
I have my German speaking exam tomorrow… and I’m doing some last minute revision for it now. Here is the presentation that I have to be able to say without any notes, or prompts etc.

Well… I’m now back from Cologne, and its been a bit odd coming back from Germany and going to my Greek lesson the day after! I was a bit slow with my responses to simple Greek questions.
