From October’s BBC Good Food, yesterday I made a chocolate sponge pudding which we all enjoyed after dinner.
Although I skipped making the chocolate sauce which was meant to go with it (we took the easy option and served it with shop-bought custard), the result wasn’t bad. Quite a nice sponge pudding which wasn’t too dry.
I took a photo of the recipe so I can make it again – even if we lose the magazine!!
