Thereβs been a discussion going on at JingleMad recently about the jingles used by BBC Radio Kent (and a number of other stations) around 2000-2003.
I write today after the first week of university for 2012.
In the evenings I sometimes listen to Tony Livesey‘s late night show on 5 Live (Monday-Thursday 22:30 to 01:00, obviously I listen on iPlayer, not live): He’s actually quite entertaining at times!
Since 2006 the final weekend in November has marked the Autumn/Winter broadcast of my local community radio station, Corinium Radio, which I have been a part of since it launched in early 2006.
I’ve been living in Cheltenham now for just under a month, and this week is one of the longest running festivals of its kind in the world – the Cheltenham Literature Festival.
Recently I’ve been enjoying the range of programming offered by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), and in particular 720 ABC Perth (part of the ABC Local Radio network).
Having just about recovered from the weekend of broadcasting at Corinium Radio, I’ve finally got round to updating this website!

Over the last few weeks I’ve been really enjoying the range of programming broadcast by the BBC’s newest radio station, Radio 4 Extra.
