My sweet tooth this week had me wanting to make something – so I googled a simple recipe for flap jacks.
The end result was quite good, though we didn’t have any porridge oats (I thought we did) and didn’t realise this until the moment I needed them. I went to the Stratton Shop/Post Office where they had a bag of porridge oats for Β£1.
The end result was very tasty, and that keeps my sweet tooth happy.
