A new recipe today, some Scottish baking from Paul Hollywood‘s book of British recipes.
I baked Tantallon Cakes, which are not actually cakes but are in fact buttery shortbread biscuits.
The name comes from Tantallon Castle in East Lothian.
They went very well with a mug of hot chocolate for afternoon tea today!
