In 11 days, voters in Britain choose who they want to represent them in the European Parliament for the next 5 years. The question is: What does the EU do for us in Gloucestershire, and would Britain be better off outside the Union?
As part of my Independent Production Project for university, I’ve been speaking to Gloucestershire’s elected representatives.
My production is now complete – and for my first ‘political interview’, I am quite pleased with it.
In the recording, you’ll hear the voices of…
- Geoffrey Clifton-Brown, Conservative MP for the Cotswolds.
- Martin Horwood, Liberal Democrat MP for Cheltenham.
- Julie Girling, Conservative MEP for South West England & Gibraltar.
And here is the recording itself.
I’ll be playing it on my Tone Radio show on 20th May – and watch out for it on the Corinium Radio website some time soon as well.
