I got up early this morning to do some baking – Listening to my radio show in the kitchen, I made 4 Bacon & Cheddar Loaves.
This is the first time I have made this recipe but the result was quite good, the bread had a lot of flavour to it!
It is a bit like making bread normally, the only real difference is that before the second rising I knead the cheese and bacon in to the dough.
Certainly made a good Valentine’s Day breakfast for the family!
