Happy New Year!
2021 got off to a good start with a lovely trip to Silverstone where I drove around the Formula 1 race track enjoying their festive lights show (Lapland Silverstone), while listening to “Lapland Radio”, their special radio station set up for the event.
Due to Tier 4 restrictions the drive-in cinema wasn’t operating, but that’s not a problem, in lieu of the cinema segment of the night I’ve opted for a family ticket to the Silverstone Experience Museum instead.
Looking forward to 2021 where hopefully I can take a small group of friends to enjoy the experience. I’ve filled in the questionnaire, they do seem to be looking at running it again next year, which would be great.
