Moving on to the Next Radio Broadcast

I write shortly after sending in my programme proposal form for the next Corinium Radio broadcast.

I plan to produce another edition of Music from the Decades, along with Luke Thrussell. This show will be a mixture of music and chat, plus some clips from my visit to Itzehoe (the one that’s coming up next week… this time next week I will be at Heathrow)!

I have also filled in a second programme proposal form, requesting to produce another breakfast-style show, similar to the Bits of Breakfast I put together in November.

The new ‘early-breakfast’ show would feature a mixture of music, along with clips/highlights from previous Corinium Radio broadcasts along with a look back at some of the best live performances – people who have performed live music at Corinium Radio.

I would look further than the breakfast show, playing a range of clips from all different progammes – the two hour programmes will represent the station as a whole rather than being a showcase of one particular programme, which I did back in November on Bits of Breakfast.

Obviously, the programmes still have to be accepted by the rest of the Corinium Radio team; our first programming meeting isn’t until the middle of March and the schedule won’t be confirmed until the middle of April.

If you have any ideas as to what I could include, feel free to use the comments from (below) to submit your ideas.
