I have just been reading the Greek news and found that the National Meteorological Service is predicting that this weekend will see strong storms, snow on high ground and gale force winds in the open seas.
According to the ERT website, a special bad weather bulletin has forecast strong storms in the Ionian, Epiros, Sterea , the Peloponnese and Macedonia while the extreme weather conditions would hit the whole country on Saturday. Weather is expected to start improving from Sunday.
