In June 2008, our reporter Joff Elphick produced a programme about the New Brewery Arts Centre in Cirencester. I played part of an interview he recorded with Ali Russell, Chief Executive.
Every year, Corinium Radio holds a stall at the Churn Family Fun Day. Our reporter, Liz Young, records a programme each year and speaks to those attending the event from the organizers, to stall holders, to members of the public. I played a clip from the 2009 programme, the third programme wed recorded at the event.
The Cirencester Town Quiz has become a regular feature of the Corinium Radio broadcasts over the last few years, and I played a clip of the broadcast from November 2008.
In our November 2009 broadcast, one popular programme we broadcast was called Loose Cotswold Women, featuring Joanna, Alix, Liz and Chloë. I played a clip where the four discussed technology.
In June 2008, Les Haines from Cotswold District Council hosted a programme about keeping safe in the Cotswolds. I played a clip where Les and guests discussed the issues with driving.
I played a clip from a broadcast featuring local poet and broadcaster Pam Ayres. She joined Anthony Bowyer for his programme, Pets and Their People in June 2008.
