Freiburg Museums and the Cathedral
I’m writing this evening from the train. I departed from Freiburg for the final time shortly after 16:15.

Today I have been on the railways of Baden-WΓΌrttemberg, getting out and about to visit the Black Forest villages.
Freiburg Altstadt and Schlossberg
My first port of call was to the Farmerβs Market. This daily market can be found 6 mornings a week in the area surrounding the MΓΌnster. Fresh fruit and veg, cheese, eggs, and meats can be bought here.
Three Countries in One Day
EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg is located entirely in France. France was the country I arrived in when I landed just before 11 oβ clock local time (10 oβ clock UK time) this morning.

Located within France, about a mile from the Swiss border and not far from Germany either is the EuroAirport which serves Basel (in Switzerland), Mulhouse (in France) and Freiburg (in Germany).
