Summer and Greece<\/h1>\n

Tuesday 19 February 2013, 16:00 to 18:00 on Tone Radio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It may be the middle of February, but we are heading towards Summer, so the theme on this week’s show is Summer and Greece<\/strong>. For two hours, Fred will be mixing Summer tunes with traditional Greek music.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This week’s show was a little different, in that instead of doing my themed hour between 16:30 and 17:30, I spread it out across the whole 2 hour show.<\/p>\n

I was mixing Greek music with songs about the Summer (Clear Blue Sky<\/em><\/span> by George Strait and Sailing<\/em><\/span> by Rod Stewart being two excellent examples.<\/p>\n

I love Greek music because it always makes me think of being on holiday in Greece. So I hope that after listening to this week’s show you’ll think of your holidays too!<\/p>\n

Back to the normal format next week, and I’ll be playing an hour of folk music during the themed hour.<\/p>\n
