Fred On the Radio (27/04/2026): Made In England

📅 Monday 27. April 2026 19:00-21:00
Broadcasting live from home, Fred Hart plays his favourite music. This week’s theme, to mark St. George’s Day which was last week, is ‘Made In England’. Plus, the Monday Evening Wind-Down after 8pm.

𝄟⃝💞 A Song for My Best Friend

This week’s song for my core friendship group – for Hannah, Ida, Calum, Anna and Victoria – is Our House by Madness.

Our House is a song about the spaces people share – the everyday moments, the routines, the feeling of belonging somewhere with the people who matter. It is familiar, a bit chaotic at times, but ultimately warm and constant. Sometimes, that is what friendship looks like: not grand gestures, but simply being there, day in, day out, part of the same picture.
