The weather today hasn’t been so good – It rained for most of the afternoon – but I still managed to have a relaxing day.

I have had a relaxing day today and the next few days will probably be similar. I found the bakery (within the supermarket) to get bougatsa for breakfast which I ate on the balcony of my hotel room.

Today we drove to Μεθώνη (Methoni), a small town about 30km away. At one end of the beach is an interesting looking castle – the same one which features on the Pelopponese book mark I’ve been using since last October!

I’m back in Greece (Hooray)! This is my first foreign trip since the start of the Covid pandemic – my first visit to Greece in 18 months. It feels good to get back in to international travel again.
