Ioannina, the capital of Greece’s Epirus region. So much has happened since I was there at the start of February! That was a great weekend.
Highlights of the city include the lake (Pamvotida / Λίμνη Παμβώτιδα or just Ioannina Lake / Λίμνη των Ιωαννίνων) and Ioannina Island, just a few minutes way from the main city by boat.
